Revenue share is calculated on net revenue (gross booking value minus OTA service fees). For Complete Management plans, it's based on profit share or revenue split depending on your property type.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes! We offer flexibility. You can switch plans with 30 days notice to suit your changing needs.
What if I only need marketing services?
Our Add-ons like 'Social Media' or 'Premium Digital' are perfect for hosts who need marketing boost without full management.
Do you provide housekeeping and maintenance?
Yes, our 'TotalCare360' and 'StayPrime' plans include full coordination of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance.
