1. Introduction
Welcome to Hostizzy® (“Hostizzy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Hostizzy® is a hospitality management and short-term rental brand operated by Hostsphere India Pvt. Ltd., managing premium villas, farmhouses, boutique stays, and event venues across India.
By accessing our website, listing a property, or booking a stay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to:
Guests booking properties
Property Owners listing with Hostizzy
On-ground Hosts / Caretakers associated with properties
SECTION A – TERMS FOR GUESTS
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:
Required advance payment is received, and
Written confirmation is issued by Hostizzy via email/WhatsApp.
Hostizzy reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
2.2 Payment Terms
Advance payment (30%–50% or as specified) is required.
Full payment must be completed before check-in unless agreed otherwise.
All prices are subject to applicable GST.
2.3 Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be collected.
Refund timeline: 3–7 working days post-checkout, subject to inspection.
Damages exceeding the deposit must be settled by the guest.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.
Government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all adult guests.
Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details as per local law.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Respect the property and surrounding neighborhood.
Not exceed the approved guest count.
Follow house rules shared before arrival.
Avoid illegal activities.
Follow local noise regulations and quiet hours.
Violation may result in:
Immediate eviction without refund
Forfeiture of security deposit
Legal proceedings where applicable
5. Events & Gatherings
Events must be declared at the time of booking.
Additional charges apply for weddings, shoots, corporate events, or large gatherings.
Guest is responsible for obtaining necessary local permissions unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Vendor damage or misconduct remains the responsibility of the booking party.
6. Pool, Bonfire & Safety Disclaimer
Use of pool, bonfire, terrace, lawns, and outdoor areas is at guest’s own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Hostizzy is not liable for injuries arising from misuse or negligence.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policy may vary property-wise and is communicated at booking.
General framework:
14+ days before check-in: Partial refund after deductions
7–14 days: 50% retention
Less than 7 days: No refund
Refunds processed within 5–10 working days.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Hostizzy is not liable for:
Theft or loss of personal belongings
Injuries due to misuse of property
Power, water, internet disruptions beyond reasonable control
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
SECTION B – TERMS FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
9. Property Listing & Representation
By listing with Hostizzy, the Owner confirms:
They are the lawful owner or authorized representative.
The property complies with local zoning and usage laws.
All required municipal permissions and compliances are in place.
The Owner agrees that Hostizzy may:
Market the property across digital channels.
Set pricing strategy in alignment with revenue optimization goals.
Manage guest communication and bookings.
10. Revenue & Payouts
Revenue share or management fee structure will be governed by the signed Owner Agreement.
Payout timelines will follow the agreed payout cycle.
Applicable taxes (including GST) shall be handled as per contract terms.
Hostizzy shall not be liable for:
Owner’s tax liabilities
Legal non-compliance by Owner prior to onboarding
11. Property Maintenance & Standards
Owners must:
Maintain structural safety and habitability.
Ensure working utilities and basic amenities.
Provide accurate information regarding property condition.
Hostizzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend listings that fail quality standards.
12. Damage Handling
In case of guest-caused damage:
Hostizzy may deduct from guest security deposit.
If recovery is insufficient, Owner and Hostizzy will coordinate further resolution.
Hostizzy is not liable for:
Wear and tear
Acts of nature
Third-party vendor damage beyond control
SECTION C – TERMS FOR ON-GROUND HOSTS / CARETAKERS
13. Conduct & Professional Standards
On-ground hosts / caretakers must:
Maintain guest privacy.
Avoid misconduct or harassment.
Follow operational SOPs provided by Hostizzy.
Ensure accurate reporting of damages and guest behavior.
Violation may result in termination of association.
14. Compliance with Law
All associated hosts must:
Comply with local police verification norms.
Adhere to local regulations for short-term rentals.
Cooperate with lawful authorities when required.
GENERAL TERMS
15. Force Majeure
Hostizzy shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications caused by:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Pandemic restrictions
Utility failures beyond control
Credits or date modifications may be offered at management discretion.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hostizzy website — including logos, branding, images, and copy — is the intellectual property of Hostsphere India Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
17. Privacy
Hostizzy collects personal data solely for operational and booking purposes.
We do not sell guest or owner data to third parties.

18. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
19. Modifications
Hostizzy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
