Role & Responsibilities: – Lead property scouting, acquisition, and onboarding across your assigned
region. – Build and nurture relationships with homeowners, local partners, and vendors. – Supervise
property launches and manage ongoing operational excellence for multiple properties. – Implement
and monitor Hostizzy’s SOPs, checklists, and compliance standards. – Coordinate with guest relations

Role & Responsibilities: – Oversee daily property operations for assigned homes or clusters. – Act as
the main point of contact for owners, guests, vendors, and housekeeping teams. – Conduct regular
property inspections, maintenance, and repairs. – Manage inventory, amenities, checklists, and vendor
relationships. – Ensure every stay meets Hostizzy’s brand, safety, and hygiene standards. – Support new
property onboarding and listing documentation as needed. – Handle guest escalations, last-minute
requests, and feedback with empathy. – Coordinate property readiness before every guest arrival and
after every check-out. – Liaise with guest relations, marketing, and central operations to drive guest

Guest Relations & Reservation Executive

Role & Responsibilities: – Respond to guest enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online

Process bookings, collect payments, manage invoices and cancellation requests. – Support smooth
guest check-in/check-out and follow up for feedback and reviews. – Address guest concerns, complaints,

Social Media & Content Executive

Role & Responsibilities: – Plan, create, and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,
and YouTube. – Capture and edit reels, walkthroughs, event stories, and UGC. – Write compelling
captions, property spotlights, and campaign copy. – Engage with the online community—DMs,
comments, tags, and brand collaborations. – Track, analyze, and report performance metrics; optimize
content accordingly. – Collaborate with design, marketing, and founders for campaigns. – Maintain
content calendars and brainstorm new ideas.
