Frequently Asked Questions
1. How is revenue share calculated?
Our commission is based on either your total gross rental income or net revenue after deducting approved operating expenses. The percentage shown for each plan (e.g., 30% gross or 20% net) is the portion Hostizzy retains for its management services. We provide transparent monthly statements detailing all income and expenses.
2. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes! We allow you to change plans with 30 days’ notice. Many hosts start with a Half Service model and move up to Full Service as they grow. We’re flexible and understand that your needs may change over time.
3. What if I only need marketing services?
Our standalone marketing packages (Digital Presence, Influencer & Social, BrandEngage Pro) can be purchased independently from any management plan and do not involve revenue sharing. These are fixed monthly fees for the specific services provided.
4. Do you provide housekeeping and maintenance?
Our Full Service plans include professional cleaning and turnover coordination with quality control. For Half Service plans, we support you in finding reliable vendors and coordinating schedules, but day-to-day cleaning remains under your oversight.
5.How does JuxTravel relate to Hostizzy?
Hostizzy manages properties and optimizes their performance, while JuxTravel is our consumer-facing marketplace where travellers can search, discover and book the properties we manage. This cross-platform approach ensures your listings reach the right audience and maximize bookings.
6. What locations do you serve?
We currently serve properties across 8+ cities in India, with a focus on popular tourist destinations and growing markets. Contact us to check if we operate in your area, or to discuss expansion opportunities.
7. Is there a minimum contract period?
For our Starter Setup plans, there’s no ongoing commitment. For Half Service and Full Service plans, we typically recommend a minimum 6-month contract to see meaningful results, but we can discuss flexible arrangements based on your specific situation.
